I hadn't done any distance running in 25 years when, in 2011, at the age of 65, I ran 1044 miles from John o' Groats to Land's End!
I completed more than 39 marathons in 40 days. Blisters apart I did not suffer from any of the usual running injuries.
How did I achieve my goal?
Simple ... I learnt to run with a running style that is both energy efficient and cuts down on injuries.
The name of the running style? ... it's called Chi Running.
